Laser Cut Park Signs

Design a custom sign for your city park or cemetery. They are available with logo integration options for your city, different finishing options, custom installation aspects, and more.

  • Powder coating, stainless steel, or rustic finishes.
  • Custom laser cut design options including: city logo, inscriptions, sceneries, special landmarks, etc.
  • Single or multiple layering options.

Sign Process

Step 1

To get started with your city sign, first send us your city logo or other ideas you have for the metal sign. Send us images, word docs, etc.

Step 2

Our team creates a mockup of how the sign will look. You will then have a chance to approve the design before it goes to production.

Step 3

The sign is then taken to be laser cut and sandblasted. It is then either powder coated or rusted. The sign is then sent to you.

Choose Between Two Finishing Options

Powder Coating

The park site equipment, including metal signs, is available with a powder coating finish. The coating provides the metal sign with a lustrous finish that protects against scratches, chips, and flakes. You can view our color options here.

Rustic Finish

The rustic metal finish has become one of the most popular options for cities and parks. Our team first uses a special serum to activate the rust process. Once it has sufficiently rusted, we ship it to you. It will then continue to naturally rust on it’s own.

Picnic Table Features:

  • Available in 6′ or 8′ sizes.
  • ADA compliance options on the 8′ tables.
  • Angled legs for a non-tipping design.
  • Powder coated finishing options.

Logo Integration

Our designers specialize in bringing your business or city logo to life. We are capable of converting the logo into a file type that is capable of being laser cut. It is the perfect addition to trash receptacles, benches, and other site amenities.

Weatherproof Finish

To keep the site amenities looking new year after year, we use a special powder coating process. Powder coating is twice as thick as the average paint and prevents scratches, chips, and peeling from forming.

Sandblast

The site furniture or metal signs are first sandblasted to a white finish. This is done by using a machine that blasts fine sand at a high speed; resulting in a smooth finish that removes rust, old paint, and other degradations.

Epoxy Prime

Next, the epoxy primer is applied. This creates a mechanical bond between the metal and primer. It also provides another layer between the metal and outdoor exposure, preventing rust from spreading.

Powder Coat

The final step is applying the powder coat. This is applied via an electric spray gun. The metal is then baked at 400 degrees, melting the powder into the product. Once it has cooled, the product will then have a smooth finish.
