Laser Cutting
Each park bench is laser cut to allow for custom design options. The laser creates precise cuts that allows for intricate details including: logos, sceneries, inscriptions, and more.
Powder Coating
To prevent rust and corrosion, each bench is sandblasted, primed, and powder coated. The powder coat is baked into the metal and is resistant to chips and scratches. You can view the colors here.
Fewer Welds
Each bench is cut from a single sheet of steel. The steel is then bent into the shape of the bench body. This process allows for fewer welds to be used across the bench; resulting in a more durable product.
