Send Design Ideas
First, email over any ideas and pictures you want to include on your bench.
Inspect Mock Up
Next, we use your ideas and photos to create a draft. After your final approval, we’ll start fabrication.
Fabrication
Then, we cut, bend, and weld your bench into shape. Making sure every detail is precise.
Finished Bench
Finally, we powder coat your bench to give it that smooth, glossy finish.
Our Powder Coating Technique
Each product goes through our three step process. First, we sandblast the surface, removing any impurities. Next, we prime the bench in a thin epoxy coat. Finally, we powder coat and cure it in a 400 degree oven.
This method ensures that the metal product will be resistant to chips, scratches, flakes, and scuffs. Powder coating will also protect the metal from rust, corrosion, and sun fade.
