Design Rendering

Next, our talented design team compiles your ideas to create a mock up. This rendering shows a realistic version of what the bench will look like. Once you are fully satisfied with the design, we move forward to fabrication.

Finally, we cut, bend, and weld the bench into shape. We make the design with a laser cut, which allows precise and sharp details. Next, the bench is sandblasted, primed, and powder coated to create a strong, smooth finish.

Powder Coated Finish

Powder coating provides a durable and long-lasting finish for any array of metal projects. We first sandblasted to a white metal finish, removing any impurities. Next, we prime the bench then powder coat it in any color of your choice. The powder coat gives a smooth, strong finish and is also resistant to chips, scratches, rust, and sun fade.
