Designed specifically for the Art Loops, these Classic Arch Benches add durable public seating while incorporating details that connect them to the surrounding spaces.
Custom Trash Receptacles
Trash receptacles may be a small part of a public space, but their design can make a big difference. Rather than placing a generic receptacle alongside carefully selected artwork and landscaping, custom site furnishings help create a more consistent look throughout the route.

A Gathering Place in the Heart of Springville
The Springville Civic Center is one of the anchor points of the Art Loops and an important gathering place in the community. Smith Steelworks was proud to build the custom gazebo that has become part of this space.
Today, the gazebo is used for concerts, art classes, evening yoga, and other community events, providing a covered place for people to gather, create, and enjoy downtown Springville.
Site Furniture Meets Springville History
Springville’s historic character is another important part of the Art Loops experience. The Red Loop takes visitors past historic landmarks as well as contemporary artwork throughout the city.
One of those landmarks is the Springville Curfew Bell. Smith Steelworks benches placed in front of the bell create a natural place for visitors to stop and spend time at the site.
Artwork like Driving Through History and Three Dancers can also be discovered while exploring Springville. This helps bring art and history into the everyday spaces of the city.
Springville Museum Of Art
As a centerpiece of Springville’s Art City identity, the Springville Museum of Art is another place where Smith Steelworks site furniture can be found.
Square picnic tables provide spaces to sit and gather, while custom benches and bench swings give visitors a place to relax and enjoy the museum’s outdoor spaces.

Hobble Creek Riverwalk Shadow Pavilions
Included in the Art Loops is the Hobble Creek Riverwalk. Smith Steelworks created custom shadow pavilions that combine shade, steel fabrication, and art.
Laser-cut designs in the structures represent wildlife found around Hobble Creek. When sunlight shines through the cut steel, the designs cast shadows across the pathway below, creating artwork that changes with the position of the sun.
