Pavilion Kit 1 Option D
Pavilion Kit 1 Option D is a gable style pavilion with glulam beams, 16 steel columns, wood sheathing, and mega rib 26 gauge roof. Each pavilion kit comes with an LED lighting kit and state sealed drawings and structural calculations. This pavilion is designed for 70 psf ground snow/55 psf roof snow load.

When will the pavilion be ready?
Expect to wait anywhere from eight to ten weeks for the pavilion to ship out once the order has been received.
What are the finishes used for metal and wood?
The sixteen metal columns are sandblasted, primed, and powder coated. This gives the steel a weatherproof finish that will with the pavilion 30+ year life. Semi-transparent wood stain is used on the wood beams and tongue-and-groove deck.
Does the pavilion price include the cost of freight?

What are the expected responsibilities of the GC?
The project GC will be responsible for scheduling the delivery date of the pavilion, unloading all pavilion kit materials, and making note of any possible damage to the freight before signing the bill of lading.
