Pavilion Kit 1 Option C
Pavilion Kit 1 Option C is a 30′ x 60′ GluLam Pavilion. The pavilion has 16 steel tube columns, wood sheathing over exposed tongue-and-groove, fascia wrap, and asphalt shingles. LED lighting is available with state sealed drawings and structural calculations. Kit 1 Option C is designed for 70 psf ground snow and 55 psf roof snow load.

How long will it take for the pavilion to be ready?
It will take between eight and ten weeks from the time the pavilion purchase order is received.
What finishes are used for the wood and metal?
The wood beams and tongue-and-groove are coated with a semi-transparent wood stain. The sixteen steel columns are sandblasted, primed, and powder coated to provide a weatherproof finish. This will provide the GLuLam Pavilion with a 30+ year life.
Is the cost of freight included in the pavilion price?
No, the cost of the pavilion does not include the price for freight. Please request a freight quote when ordering.
Responsibilities of the GC?
The GC will be responsible for scheduling the pavilion delivery date, unloading all kit materials, and noting any possible damages to the freight before signing the bill of lading.
