Pavilion Kit 1 Option B
Pavilion Kit 1 Option B is a GluLam Pavilion with a mega rib metal roof. The pavilion kit comes with structural calculations and state-sealed drawings. A variety of colors are available for the fascia, beams, tongue-and groove, columns, and roof colors. We also provide a natural color scheme for the pavilions.

What is the total lead time for Pavilion Kit 1 Option B?
Expect eight to ten weeks from the time the purchase order is received.
What are the finishes for the wood and metal?
Semi-transparent wood stain is used on the tongue-and-groove and wood beams. The steel columns are sandblasted (to a white finish), primed, and powder coated (Super Durable TGIC polyester top coat). This three-step process will provide the pavilion with a 30+ year lifespan.
Is the cost of freight included in the pavilion price?
No, the pavilion price does not include the cost for freight. When ordering, please request a quote for a freight.
What are the responsibilities of the GC?
The GC is responsible for scheduling the delivery date, unloading the pavilion kit materials, and making note of any damage to the freight before signing the bill of lading.
