Camp Sign Design Process
Here is a step-by-step look at how the metal camp sign was created.
Sketch and Design
To start your metal sign project, first email us your design ideas. We accept PDF files, images, sketches, etc. Our designers will take your ideas and turn them into a mockup. This will provide a realistic look of how the finished camp sign will look. It will be emailed to you for final approval before production is started.
Laser Cut and Rusted
The sign is laser cut from a single sheet of metal. Lasers create precise cuts that allow our designers to work with intricate designs and details. To create the rusted finish, a special formula was added to the sign to start the oxidation process. A stainless steel backing plate was then placed behind to make the design standout.
Installed Metal Camp Sign
This finished sign was then shipped to Arizona for final installation at Camp Green Howard. The rustic sign looks right at home surrounded by trees and wildlife. Our rustic finish signs are a wonderful option for campgrounds and other areas. The will continue to rust naturally overtime, making it one of our most low-maintenance sign options.
