Process For Custom Made Business Signs
Are you ready for a new business sign, but don’t know where to start? We work with you every step of the way to create the custom sign that you have envisioned for your company. Below is an example of our metal sign process.
Send Us Your Logo
Email us your business / city logo, mascot, trademark, etc. that you would like incorporated into your sign. You can send your brainstorms in the form of PDF’s, Word Docs, AI Files, or scribbles on a paper. We’re not picky!
We Create A Proof
After we have received your input, our team gets right to work creating a realistic proof. This includes the dimensions, colors, and how it will look in that location. You will then have a chance to make changes before it goes to laser cutting.
Final Product Sent To You
After the mockup has been approved, the sign is sent to be laser cut. It will then be sent to be sandblasted, powder coated or rusted. After this step, the laser cut sign is assembled, packaged up, and shipped directly to you.
Business Sign Features
Our laser cut metal signs are designed to weather beautifully, even in the hardest of weather conditions. This has to do with our powder coating process. This provides the metal with a durable coating that is twice as thick as the average paint type. It also helps prevent scratches, chips, and flakes.
If welds are needed to assemble the sign, all welds are fully closed. This prevents moisture from building inside the sign, as well as ensuring that the laser cut sign will sustain a level of psychical abuse.
