Where do Buddy Benches ship?
Buddy benches ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Canada and select international destinations.
How long is the production time?
Buddy benches are built to order and typically have a production time of 4–6 weeks. A more accurate timeline will be provided when your order is placed.
Will the Buddy Bench hold up outdoors?
Yes. Our buddy benches are designed and manufactured for year-round outdoor use in schools, parks, and other public spaces. Every bench is finished with our specialized three-step powder coating process, creating a durable finish that resists chips, scratches, scuffs, rust, fading, and chalking for years of reliable performance.
How do get started with a mockup?
A 50% down payment is required before production begins. Email anne@smithsteelworks.com with the information above to receive your quote.
How is the bench installed?
Place the bench in its desired location and mark the anchor holes in each foot. Move the bench aside, drill the holes, install the concrete anchors, then reposition the bench and tighten the anchors securely.
