Outdoor Church Sign Design Process
Here is a step-by-step look at how the metal church sign was created.
Sketch and Design
To start your metal sign project, first email us your design ideas. We accept PDF files, images, sketches, etc. Our designers will take your ideas and turn them into a mockup. This will provide a realistic look of how the finished camp sign will look. It will be emailed to you for final approval before production is started.
Laser Cut and Finished
The sign is laser cut from a single sheet of metal. Lasers create precise cuts that allow our designers to work with intricate designs and details. We then powder coat the metal to create a strong, weatherproof finish. A black backing plate was then placed behind to make the design standout.
Installed Church Sign
After completing this powder-coated sign, we shipped it to Bellingham, Washington. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, the sign blends seamlessly with its rustic surroundings.
