The Design Process
Our designers are capable of taking your design ideas and turning them into a finished product. Here is a look at the process of creating the perfect pink bench.
Send Your Ideas
First, send your ideas to us via email smithsteelsales@gmail.com or by phone number (801) 960-6323. The design team will then take your ideas and get to work creating a draft of the bench.
A Proof Is Created
A proof is created that incorporates the design aspects that we have been given. Once the proof has been created, it is then emailed to the customer for final approval and design changes.
Finished Product
The bench design is then sent to be laser cut. It is cut from a single piece of metal and bent into place. The metal bench is then welded, powder coated, packaged, and shipped to you.

Weatherproof Finish:
The classic bench styles are sandblasted, primed, and powder coated. This process provides a smooth, durable finish on the metal bench. This helps prevent scratches, chips, and flakes that could cause rust and corrosion to form.
