Classic Bench Design Process
Send Your Design Ideas
To get started with the Classic Benches, first send us your design ideas. It can be a city logo (as seen above), a landmark, special inscription, or doodles on a napkin.
We Send A Design Proof
Once our team has received your design ideas, they get right to work creating a proof. This will give you a realistic idea of how the finished bench will look.
Finished Product
The custom bench is laser cut, welded, and powder coated. The powder coat provides a weatherproof finish. The bench is then packaged up and sent to you.
Classic Bench Features
Powder Coated Finish:
Each of the classic benches is sandblasted, primed, and powder coated. This provides a durable finish that is twice as thick as the average paint. It is also resistant to chips and scratches. This keeps the bench free from rust and corrosion that would ruin the integrity of the bench.
Laser Cut Designs:
We work with talented designers to create custom designs on the back of the metal bench. This can be a simple inscription, business logo, or scenery. Our fiber optic laser allows for clean cuts and intricate details.
Stainless Steel Footpads:
The stainless steel footpads protect rust from creeping up the bench legs. This keeps the park bench looking new for years and years to come.
