What Is A Pergola?
A pergola is an open structure consisting of a series of parallel polls or pillars supporting a roof made of cross-beams. Pergolas are square or rectangle in shape. The roof cross-beams provide some shade. However it’s open design allows for decorating plants to receive both sun and air to lattice up and over the poles, pillars, and beams.

Powder Coating Process
A three-step powder coating process is used on every pole, pillar, beam, screw, washer, and bolt. Furthermore our pillars are built using a folded welding process which insures that water, ice, or rust does not damage the metal or it’s color. Our pergolas come in your choice of colors.Your pergola will stand out or blend in with your surrounding landscape.
Sandblast
First, the metal pergola is sandblasted to a white finish. This removes any existing rust or paint from the bare metal. Sandblasting also creates a profile along the surface that helps the epoxy primer adhere to the metal.
Prime
Second, epoxy primer is applied to the pergola and baked at 400 degrees. Primer’s molecule is 1/10th the size of the powder coat top coat. This allows the primer to seep deep into the pergola; protecting the bare metal.
Powder Coat
Third, powder is applied to the metal. An electrostatic spray gun is used to administer the powder evenly. The metal pergola is then placed in the oven once more to cure. Once cool, the metal surface will be smooth and durable.
