Here’s a closer look at the completed draft that we’ll send over. Once you give the green light, we laser cut the design in a single sheet of metal and bend it into shape.

Next, we weld on the arms and legs, using closed welds to keep out any moisture. Once assembled, they send it over to our powder coating facility.

Here, they sandblast the bench, removing any impurities and also creating a profiled surface. Finally, it’s primed and powder coated in a color of your choice.
